There was a place unlike no other. A place were huskies of all colors roamed. They lived freely, filling the land with vibrant color. They formed Packs and everything was peaceful. Until one day…
A tall, crimson red husky with glowing crimson eyes stood on top of a hill. The sun had been setting and covered the land with blood red light. The male dog narrowed his eyes as he looked around. He was disgusted on how the dogs were living in Citlali but, he’d put an end to that. He walked down the hill, coat rippling with every step. Fire burned in his eyes as he continued toward Promise’s land. This husky had a plan and it would make all the dogs fear him. Oh how he loved power. Soon the male would get what he wanted but first he had to rid of the female named Promise…
This male husky became a legend. He was a pure red dog named Raja. Raja was a very ambitious young dog and wanted all the dogs of Citlali to be separated by colors. No dogs could live freely anymore. Raja first had a meeting with Promise, a teal colored female with yellow stripes on her coat. Promise was a born leader and had the largest Pack in Citlali. During the meeting, Raja told Promise that she had to gather all the mixed dogs in Citlali. Promise would have to make them her Pack and never return to the land again. Of course Promise refused to do so and Raja laughed. Then have fun seeing your Pack die before your very eyes! Raja then left her land.
The next day was when the biggest battle ever in Citlali history occurred. Raja had gathered all the reds of the land and attacked Promise’s Pack. Many dogs died before Promise retreated. The surviving dogs went with her, gathering any mixed dogs they could convince to join the Pack. Promise didn’t have many Pack members but she was still satisfied.
With Promise gone, Raja took power as King of Citlali and ordered all the dogs to form Packs according to their color. Peace vanished from Citlali even when Raja died of a disease. But there’s something the Packs can count on: A Promise that was made long ago and will always be kept. Along with this promise comes a rebellion that will change the Citlali dogs’ lives forever... ____________________________________

Those that were not infected, had been in hiding and weren't able to come out due to the The Infected, who fed on those that were un infected. The Infected, or Imari's, only came out at night. Staying in side during the day was imperative and was your only chance of survival. Eventually, the healthy, or the Dun's, were killed off completely, creating a mass of Imari's. The disease didn't affect dogs or animals and so the only living things that had made it and now roam the city. The government claimed it was nothing more than a 'gas leak', but news spread around the world about the infection. As more news came out, it was known that a lab known as Glo Tech Labs, had been creating experiments on animals, and one of their experiments had gotten lose, and bitten someone. To cover up the lab's mistake, the government ordered that the city be demolished and destroyed. The animals had managed to hide while gas filled the streets, killing the Imari's. But the thing is, how far did this disease spread? Is it only in the city? Or did it spread to the outskirts? No one really knows for sure. Now, 2 years later, the dogs are the only ruling species in the city. No remains of humans are around as everything had been disintegrated over time from decay. But there's one thing the dogs don't know. THERE ARE HUMANS STILL ALIVE! But where are they? And will they ever come out of hiding?Luckily, the virus hadn't spread to the dogs so they're safe. Will the humans make themselves known again? Or will the dogs have to compete to rule the world with the humans?
There is only one question remaining: What exactly was that lose animal that escaped the labs? And are there really no more Imari living ? Will the humans finally start to thrive again?

As she keeps an eye on her two daughters, others seem to get in the way, and the two daughters themselves find out that they are 'different'.
Among the humans, they are getting very wary of the vampires at hand, two humans are showing signs of changing, and the humans are beginning to think they are the answer to the vampire problem.

Karma pounced the rabbit digging into with her teeth to stop it from wiggling. The rabbit didn't taste all that great, Karma had a preference to birds. The wind rustled sending scents of more prey right at her and something else. Another dog perhaps. Karma lifted her head to the wind and sniffed the air again. She smelt it again. I know this one. I think its....Eliantra. Yes that's her leader of us all.
Karma turned and begin to walk in the direction of the scent. She carefully avoided being to loud. Elli seemed to be asleep on the bench Karma had recently been laying on. Karma wanted to talk but she didn't want to brother Elli who seemed to be so at peace.
Karma walked around in a complete circle before noticing Elli wasn't asleep.OK I feel really stupid now. "Hello Eliantra." Karma spoke. Karma didn't say Elli to scared the leader would find it disrespectful.
